Shipping & Returns Policy

At REPP Sports we pride ourselves in making sure every customer has the best experience possible.  Customers can order with confidence that we will do whatever it takes to make sure your money is well spent on high quality products that you’re 110% satisfied with.  If you feel that the results of your supplements are not of your standards, please contact us and we will make sure the situation is handled in a timely and fair manner.


Domestic Shipping

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS at a flat-rate of $6.95/order with a heavy weight surcharge for RAZE Energy. FREE shipping maybe be available during promos and specials.  Domestic shipping in the US typically takes between 3-6 business days not including weekends or holidays.

All priority shipping has an expected delivery time of 1, 2, or 3 business days and is based on the origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date does not come with a money-back guarantee.

If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned items. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.

Refunds will only be issued after all items in the original package have been returned to us, including free promotional items. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.

All Items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If for any reason this is not the case, then please email us and we will work with you. Each case is handled individually.

If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.

NOTE: To take advantage of the Satisfaction Guarantee, email customer care at [email protected] with your order number, and information about the products in question. Satisfaction Guarantees must be claimed within 90 days of the purchase date. Product must be at least 75% full in order to be eligible for our satisfaction guarantee. Repp Sports will provide a pre-paid UPS return shipping label for product return. Any subsequent shipments after the initial replacement will be paid by customer.
