Melatonin never works for me but interestingly enough this knocks me out very quickly! The sour gummy flavor tastes even better than the can! My only gripe is that I feel very groggy and irritated the next day.

This product works great for sleep and recovery. Try using milk instead of water but drink a glass of water after your done. Helps boost the flavor to new heights!

I hate to be that guy, but the samples of vanilla and cinnamon I received tasted awful with water, but much better with milk. That said, this stuff works better than anything else I have tried which is wonderful.
